For TGI Fridays, we developed creative social media content inspired by the brand’s iconic spirit-‘Thank God It’s Friday!’-creating engaging assets designed to spark conversation and drive engagement across its core brand pillars: food, cocktails, sports, music, and entertainment.
In parallel, we supported the evolution of CLUB BY, ALSEA‘s loyalty program, by optimizing its content and CRM communications to deliver a more personalized customer experience, increase user engagement, and strengthen the relationship between the program’s different brands and their members.
